ELECTROLYTE AND CHIP TYPE ALUMINIUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electrolyte and a chip type aluminum electrolytic capacitor using the same are provided to boost a spark voltage by using a compound of a derivative of silicon dioxide and an arbitrary solvent and imidazole-based quaternary salt. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte is formed by melting imidazole-based quaternary salt in a compound of a derivative of silicon dioxide and an arbitrary solvent. The derivative of silicon dioxide is composed of a predetermined chemical expression. The content of the derivative of silicon dioxide is 0.5 to 20 weight percents. The solvent is formed with one or more solution or mixed solution of r-butyrolactone, ethylene glycol, sulpholane, and water. The density of the imidazole-based quaternary salt is 20 to 30 weight percents. The imidazole-based quaternary salt is cleaned by using one or more solvent of acetone and toluene.
