PURPOSE: Provided is an ionized liquid type far infrared-emitting product with high far infrared emission at room temperature, deodorization and sterilization. Accordingly, the far infrared emitting liquid is easily applied to fibers, fabrics, clothes, non-woven fabrics for health improvement. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared emitting liquid is prepared by the following steps of: grinding 20-25wt.% of celestite(SrCO3), 20-25wt.% of elvan, 5-15wt.% of stone emitting far infrared rays, 35-40wt.% of limestone, 10-15wt.% of monazite to nano-sized(20-30) particles, and adding 50wt.% of water at 120-150deg.C and 3-5atm. of pressure to dissolve metal ions; adding NaHCO3 and stirring at a rate of 100 times/min between pH12-14, and pouring ozone into dissolved particles for 9hrs. to get water soluble amphoteric salt; adding HCl to amphoteric salt to adjust pH of the solution between 6-7 and adding ozone to oxidize harmful elements such as Fe+3, Al+3, Pb+2 and Cd+2 and to precipitate; separating precipitates from the solution to remove harmful elements; passing the filtrate through high-frequency vibrator(30-40KHz) and high speed propeller cutter(800-1500rpm); passing the solution through activated carbon; alternating the solution 100times for 20-25hrs at magnetic field strength of 3-4gauss in an alternating magnetic device, which results in emission of large amounts of strong far infrared rays arising from alternating of ions, varying their valence between d-orbital and p-orbital.
