PURPOSE: A transflective liquid crystal display and a method of fabricating the liquid crystal display are provided to improve aperture ratio of a reflecting part and prevent a channel region of a thin film transistor from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A transflective liquid crystal display includes a plurality of gate lines(81) and data lines(84) that intersect each other to define pixel regions, a thin film transistor formed at each of the intersections of the gate lines and data lines, a lower storage electrode formed of a part of each gate line and an upper storage electrode formed on the lower storage electrode having a gate insulating layer formed therebetween. The liquid crystal display further includes a transmission electrode(85) formed at each pixel region to be directly connected to at least one of the drain electrode of the thin film transistor and the upper storage electrode, and a reflection electrode(89a) formed at a reflecting region of the liquid crystal display such that a part of the transmission is exposed.
