PURPOSE: Provided is a polymeric composition having stimulative activity which is manufactured by mixing ceramic powder, a purified mugwort extract, a stimulating agent and water soluble polymer. It has no adverse side effect on the skin, and gives pharmacological effect of mugwort to the acupuncture point. CONSTITUTION: A polymeric composition having stimulative activity is characteristically manufactured by mixing ceramic powder(10), a purified mugwort extract(20), a stimulating agent(30) and water soluble polymer(40). It is formulated into a shape of cylinder, hexagon or octagon.
