DEVICE FOR PREVENTING DISPLACEMENT OF TONG KEY FOR TONG CRANE

PURPOSE: A displacement preventing device of a tong key for a tong crane is provided to prevent accidents by restricting the tong key from coming off from a key groove by unlocking while working with turning the tong key inserted to the key groove. CONSTITUTION: A displacement preventing device is composed of a fixing member inserting and fixing a tong key and having a separating plate(7) in the center; a press plate(8) installed in the upper part of the separating plate with mounting a first spring(9) elastically in the lower part; a lift member(10) embedded in the lower part of the separating plate and composed of the first spring elastically installed in the upper part and a second spring(11) elastically mounted in the lower part; and a side guide(12) installed at both sides of the fixing member by a hinge(13). The lower end of the side guide is contacted to the lower part of the lift member, and the upper end of the side guide is contacted to the tong key.
