PURPOSE: A hand grip of an elastic folding element is provided to stably maintain a folded state while sufficiently exhibiting the hand grip function of the elastic folding element and makes it easier to use, store and carry since a folding operation is automatically conducted. CONSTITUTION: The hand grip comprises: a hand grip body(20) including a hollow portion(21) formed therein, slide grooves, an opening groove(23) formed at one upper end of the hollow portion(21), a cut groove and a switch hole(24) perforated through one outer wall; an operating element(30) including a fixed end(31) fixing the folding element(1), an elastic end(32) disposed to be elastically widened from the fixed end(31), a guide plate(33) integrally connecting the fixed end(31) and the elastic end(32) and elastically supported by a spring(50) so as to be vertically movable along the slide grooves of the handle grip body(20) and an elastic flap(31a) of the switch function integrally formed on the fixed end(31); and a push switch(40) disposed through the switch hole(24) formed on the hand grip body(20) so as to control the vertical movement of the operating element(30).
