PURPOSE: A bi-directional porous control valve is provided to operate forward or reverse intermittently by feeding fluid and discharging fluid reversely through communication holes, and to open and close communication holes quietly and gradually by keeping constant pressure of fluid with rest communication holes. CONSTITUTION: A rotary spool(20) having a fluid discharge hole(24) rotates intermittently by a deceleration motor(30) in a rotary manifolder(11) to discharge fluid through communication holes(14) around the rotary manifolder. A rotary spool cover(15) is combined with the rotary manifolder by a bolt, and composed of a first discharge chamber(18) opening down, a second discharge chamber(18-1), a fluid supply pipe(25) communicated with the first discharge chamber and a discharge hole(17) communicated with the second discharge chamber. A rotary spool charge chamber(12) is opened up and formed in the rotary manifolder, and plural communication holes are arranged around the rotary spool charge chamber. The rotary spool is repulsed down by a spring(19) in the rotary spool charge chamber, and composed of vertical cut surfaces(22) opposed to each other in the annular outer periphery, a fluid inflow hole(23) opened up, the fluid discharge hole around the fluid inflow hole and a fluid stay hole outside the fluid discharge hole. A rotating shaft(31) of the deceleration motor is fixed in the center of the rotary spool in the lower part of the rotary manifolder.
