PURPOSE: Provided is a polyurethane waterproof material having excellent self-leveling property and workability, and being environmentally friendly without bleeding that contaminates a mortar surface layer, by using a two-component phase. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane waterproof material comprises a major component and a curing agent . The major component includes a urethane prepolymer which has isocyanate in at least two end groups formed by reacting an aromatic polyisocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups per one molecule with a first polyol compound having at least two hydroxy groups per one molecule. The curing agent includes a second polyol compound having at least 2 hydroxy groups per one molecule, a low molecular weight polymer spun off from C10-C50 of petroleum resins, which imparts water repellency to the water proof material, and C50-C150 petroleum resins for increasing compatibility between the second polyol compound and the low molecular weight polymer.
