DATA LINE ENABLING PIXEL REPAIR

PURPOSE: A data line enabling pixel repair is provided to repair poor pixels without damaging a data line. CONSTITUTION: A data line part is constructed in such a manner that a channel layer(120) is formed on a substrate(100) and an ohmic contact layer(140) is formed on the channel layer. A data line(160) is formed on the substrate including the ohmic contact layer, and an insulating layer(180) is formed on the overall surface of the substrate. Pixel electrodes(200a,200b) are formed on the insulating layer and arranged at a specific interval. The data line has a gap at the center thereof in order to prevent the data line from being damaged when laser repair is carried out. The gap at the center of the data line is 3 micrometer or 5 micrometer.
