CONSTITUTION: A detection signal comparing part 19 for comparing a detection value by an acceleration detection signal with a preset value is provided on a control part 16. When the detected value of car acceleration becomes a set value or more, active control to an electromagnetic actuator 13 is temporarily stopped. When excessive vibration is detected for more than a set number of times, active control to the electromagnetic actuator 13 is completely stopped, and a warning is generated.
