PURPOSE: Provided is a diaphragm joining structure of an electrical bubble supplying device which has a means for joining the diaphragm in a motor assembly to directly join the diaphragm to the motor assembly. CONSTITUTION: The structure comprises a motor assembly(30) installed on each position of the lower case(10) by a damper(20), a diaphragm joining part(33) formed on a horizontal moving direction of a horizontal moving shaft(40) to join and fix a diaphragm(50) and an outer case(60) of the diaphragm installed on the front side of the diaphragm joined to the diaphragm joining part to be joined and fixed to the motor assembly.
