PURPOSE: A probe for measuring a physiological signal is provided to enhance the reliability of a measured result by improving a S/N(Signal to Noise) ratio of the physiological signal. CONSTITUTION: A probe for measuring a physiological signal comprises a light source unit(58), a light detection unit(60), a body(50), and a first and a second pressing units(52,54). The light source unit(58) irradiates the light to a predetermined part of a testee(62). The light detection unit(60) is opposite to the light source unit(58) in order to receive the light. The light source unit(58) and the light detection unit(60) are installed within the body(50). The first and the second pressing units(52,54) are installed at the body(50) in order to press the testee(62).
