PURPOSE: An instantaneous heat generation unit of a portable type is provided to reduce a period of standby time and the power consumption by heating instantaneously the liquid. CONSTITUTION: An instantaneous heat generation unit of a portable type includes a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heating element(10), a couple of electrode plates(20,21), an insulating plate(16), an insulator, and an external case(26). The PTC heating element(10) is used for generating the heat. The electrode plates(20,21) are installed at both electrodes of the PTC heating element(10) in order to emit the heat of the PTC heating element(10). The insulating plate(16) is used for insulating the electrode plates(20,21). The insulator is used for insulating the electrode plates(20,21) and the external case(26).
