PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing dry grass from getting congested on the rear of a threshing part of a combine is provided to enable smooth movement of dry grass to avoid a failure and provide excellent efficiency of separating grains so as to make the loss of grains less. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a frame(20) which is located at an outer side of a threshing drum so as to form a space between a rear upper side of a threshing part of a combine and the threshing drum, the front being formed in a concave circular arc corresponding to the threshing drum, and which has a screening part(21) located at the space and formed with a plurality of through holes(21a) so as to discharge rice grains mixed with dry grass; a frame fixing unit for fixing the frame(20) to the rear upper side of the threshing part of the combine; and a dry grass cutter(10) of which one side is fixed to the frame(20) and the other side is projected to the front of the frame(20), the projected portion having cutting blades(11,12) of serration type at both sides and a penetration groove(13) between the cutting blades(11,12), the threshing drum having a threshing blade for cutting dry grass located between the cutting blades(11,12) upon the rotation of the threshing drum as passing through the penetration groove(13).
