PURPOSE: Provided is a hinge cap decorated with a characteristic cover to increase merchantability and thus, to arouse customers' interest in projects with the decorated hinge caps. CONSTITUTION: The hinge cap decorated with a characteristic cover is manufactured by attaching a main body(110) of the hinge cap(100) to the neck of a container, hinging one side of the main body to a cap(120), and decorating the cap with a characteristic cover. A screw thread or hook is inside the main body(110), and a sealing film(111) or a check valve(112) is also formed inside the main body(110). A mouth(113) having a discharge hole(114) is formed on the top of the main body(110). The cap(120) is assembled around the mouth(113).
