MULTIPLE COMPOSITE LAMINATED NON WOVEN FABRIC AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A multiple composite laminated non woven fabric for civil engineering works having superior mechanical properties and more excellent ground reinforcement effect during civil engineering and construction works without interlayer separation is provided, and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The multiple composite laminated non woven fabric for civil engineering works comprises a lower layer(9) containing filament non woven fabric; an intermediate layer(8) in which heat shrinkage polypropylene based short staple fiber is alternately and repeatedly laid up on the lower layer by being introduced from left side and right side in the angle range of 40 to 50 degrees of a mechanical proceeding direction of the lower layer; and an upper layer(7) positioned on the intermediate layer and formed by laying up polypropylene based short staple fiber on the intermediate layer, wherein the lower layer, intermediate layer and upper layer are bonded to each other. The method comprises the steps of forming a lower layer containing filament non woven fabric; forming an intermediate layer by alternately and repeatedly laying up the short staple fiber introduced from the left side and right side on the lower layer after introducing heat shrinkage polypropylene based short staple fiber onto the lower layer from left side and right side in the angle range of 40 to 50 degrees of a mechanical proceeding direction of the lower layer; introducing an upper layer onto the intermediate layer by laying up polypropylene based short staple fiber on the intermediate layer; and bonding the lower layer, intermediate layer and upper layer.
