A clip 1 for mounting a weatherstrip 4 between a window 2 and a window frame 3, comprises; a weatherstrip side member 5 to be attached to the weatherstrip 4 and including an arm 10 for engaging the weatherstrip 4 having a base portion 11, and an engagement piece 12 extending from the base portion 11; a window frame side member 6 to be attached to the window frame 3 and including a holding portion 14 for receiving the engagement piece 12 to slide therein, and attachment means for attaching the window frame side 6 member to the window frame 3; and engagement means situated between the engagement piece 12 of the weatherstrip side member 5 and the holding portion 14 of the window frame side member 6 for engaging the same. Said engagement means may be of the snap-fit type, while said attachment means may be adhesives and/or T-studs.
