PURPOSE: A printed matter for advertisement is provided which contains printing ink and additives mixed with the printing ink and consisted of encapsulated silver to display sterilization and disinfection power and encapsulated insect repellent having carried disease prevention effect from harmful insect. CONSTITUTION: The printed matter for advertisement(80) is characterized in that the printed matter for advertisement is formed by printing(70) a mixture(40) of a printing ink(10) and one or more materials selected from encapsulated silver(20) and insect repellent(30) contained in the printing ink on a part, one side or both sides of printing paper(60) using a printing machine(50), wherein 0.001 to 40 wt.% of nano-encapsulated solid of silver for the total mixture weight and 1 to 60 wt.% of micro-encapsulated solid of insect repellent for the total mixture weight are contained in the mixture, wherein the printing paper is formed of one or more materials selected from paper, cellophane, polyethylene, vinyl and aluminum sheet.
