<p>A kitchen food preparation utensil for fruit and vegetables consists of a circular dish with a central dual-purpose lemon squeezer and pump-action press. The Underside of the dish has a central chamber which is enlarged by raising the press. The lower face of the press and dish have spikes which fix fruit or vegetables in the press. The press can also be used in conjunction with a slicing board.</p> |
