PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing honey-preserved ginseng and ginseng slices by using oriental medicinal products as main ingredients. Therefore, the manufactured honey-preserved ginseng and ginseng slices maintain the taste and flavor of ginseng and has nutrients and medicinal efficacy of the oriental medicinal products. CONSTITUTION: Honey-preserved ginseng and ginseng slices are characteristically manufactured by preserving ginseng in the extract of oriental medicinal products, and spreading the preserved ginseng with honey. The oriental medicinal products include Pleuropterus cilinervis, Rubus coreanus muquel, and Angelica gigas Nakai.
