摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing chinese medicine ingredients-added yeast, thereby preventing the growth of bacteria, such as aerophobic bacteria, E. coli and the like, removing bad smell and providing digestive enzymes and bioactive matters. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing chinese medicine ingredients-added yeast comprises the steps of: pulverizing wheat to give a mixture of wheat flour and wheat bran; mixing 100kg of the mixture with 20-25L of infusion of 4kg of red-bean, 4kg of apricot seed powder, 7kg of Xanthium strumarium Linne, 7kg of Artemisia japonica thunb. and 7kg of Polygonum longisetum de Bruyn; adding liquid culture of Aspergillus oryzae(KCCM 60241) concentrated to 20-25% to the above mixture, followed by mixing, extrusion, and fermentation at room temperature of 25±2 deg.C for 48-72 hours; and roasting the fermentation product for 1 hour in a far-infrared heater of which inlet temperature is 120-150 deg.C and outlet temperature is 60-70 deg.C with minimizing the destruction of enzymes.
