PURPOSE: A method for joining a synthetic fiber belt is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve productivity by reducing working hours. CONSTITUTION: A method for joining a synthetic fiber belt(50) comprises the steps of: locating one side of the belt on a lower pad(10); pressing the other side of the belt with an upper pad(20), and forming a space between the lower pad and the upper pad; inserting a heating plate(30) into the space; pressing the upper and lower pads and extracting the heating plate; slowly cooling the upper and lower pads; and releasing the press applied to the upper and lower pads.
