<p>Dynamic stabilization device for bones, especially vertebra (100, 101), comprises at least one first (1) and one second bone anchoring element (2), each having a first section (4) for anchoring in a bone and a second section for connecting to a rod (3) which connects the two anchoring elements. The bone anchoring elements are fixed to the rod or connected to the rod so that they can be displaced in the direction of the rod axis. An element, which can be elastically pre-tensioned in the direction of the rod axis, is arranged between the bone anchoring elements. Preferred Features: The bone anchoring elements are bone screws or bone hooks. The elastic element is a helical spring (30) surrounding the rod.</p> |
