PURPOSE: A method for operating a site of an Internet regional information paper is provided to charge members with cyber money by cooperating with various kinds of web sites offering the charged money to the member, and to make the member request an AD(ADvertisement) to the regional information paper site at a lower cost by using the cyber money. CONSTITUTION: The member receives the charged money offered from a cooperated web site company by connecting to the regional information paper site(S12). After certification, the cooperated web site company transfers the cash charged money for the member to a regional information provider(S18). The regional information provider charges the member with the cyber money corresponding to the cash charged money(S19). The member uses the cyber money for the AD of the regional information paper provided from the regional information provider(S20). In case that the member requests delivery to a cooperated regional store, the cooperated regional store transfers a discount price to the regional information provider. |
