PURPOSE: A structure of a ventilation duct for an apartment and a building is provided to allow easy installation and cleaning of the duct and to prevent leakage of air by connecting the ducts using a connecting ring to be easily sealed by a tightening lever and silicone, and connecting the ducts and a tightening band with rivets to prevent formation of obstacles to cleaning in the duct. CONSTITUTION: A first duct(1) and a second duct(2) are inserted to grooves formed on both sides of a connecting ring(3). Rivets(4) are coupled to three locations in circumference direction. The first duct and the second duct are riveted together with a tightening band(5) with adjustable length so that the length of the tightening band is reduced as a tightening lever is tightened and the first duct and the second duct are pulled to each other with the connecting ring interposed and connected to each other. Silicone is injected to a space between the first duct and the second duct inserted to the connecting ring to seal.
