PURPOSE: A funnel is provided to effectively prevent defects caused due to the thermal impact during the annealing process, while achieving improved efficiency of grinding process. CONSTITUTION: A funnel(30) has an allowable seal land(71) forming an end of a finishing allowance(70) for grinding a seal edge(31) of the funnel to be joined with a seal edge of a panel during a press process. The allowable seal land has an inner surface arranged in the vicinity of the inner surface of a body portion(32), wherein the inner surface of the allowable seal land has a protrusion(72) protruded further than the outer surface of the allowable seal land which is arranged in the vicinity of the outer surface of the body portion. A flat surface(73) is formed at the outer surface of the allowable seal land.
