SUBSTRATE AND ORGANIC ELECTRO-LUMINESCENT DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A substrate and an organic electro-luminescent device using the same are provided to reduce the coating thickness and reduce a manufacturing cost by improving a fabricating process of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first photoresist coating material is coated on a substrate(1). An exposure process and a developing process are performed. A first photoresist coating layer(3) is formed on the substrate(1). A second photoresist coating material is coated on the first photoresist coating layer(3). A second photoresist coating layer is overlaid on the first photoresist coating layer(3) by performing the exposure process and the developing process. The surface energy of the substrate is reduced by processing a surface of the substrate. The second photoresist coating layer is removed from the substrate(1).
