PURPOSE: A mobile terminal using a joy stick is provided to consult a user's convenience by executing a game or wireless Internet using an exterior joy stick. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(20) comprises a keypad(21), a signal connection part(22), a control part(23), a signal conversion part(24), and an LCD(25). The keypad(21) inputs user commands. The signal connection part(22) receives a signal related to a user command transmitted from a joy stick(10). The control part(23) controls the execution of a game or wireless Internet according to a signal related to a user command transmitted through the signal connection part(22). The signal conversion part(24) converts a signal, received through the signal connection part(22) from the joy stick(10), in a signal form suitable for the control part(21) and transfers it to the control part(21). The LCD(25) displays the presently executing game or wireless Internet according to the control of the control part(21).
