PURPOSE: Provided is a lid adhesive structure for a corn shaped ice-cream container, thereby heat-fusing a lid to the corn shaped ice-cream container to cover and vacuum-seal it, as well as adjusting the position of a heating assembly automatically during heat-fusion. CONSTITUTION: A lid adhesive structure for a corn shaped ice-cream container is characterized by comprising a bench which is moved by a conveyor system, and holds and feeds a corn shaped ice-cream container(10); a slider(50) which is placed above the upper part of the bench and rises and falls along with a vertical post; a pair of coupling units(60) which are linked to the lower part of the slider and adjust the position; and an automatic fusion unit which consists of an incline adjusting unit(70) and a heating assembly(80).
