PURPOSE: A closed cooking tool is provided to prevent foods from flowing out of the cooking tool even in boiling the foods and to keep the internal temperature and pressure high. CONSTITUTION: A closed cooking tool is composed of a body(200), a lid(100), and a packing(300). The body includes an opening unit at the upper end and is a recessed shape. The lid has a size and shape for covering the opening unit of the body. The packing with elastic force is made from members which are not deformed at high temperature over 100 deg.C, combined with the lower section of the lid at the part contacted with the body. A thin plate-shape sealing piece(310) is formed over the whole of the outer periphery of the packing, bias inclined toward the central part of the lid, and protruded downward. The lower end of the sealing piece is bent to the vertical direction and the end is inclined to widen a contact area with the body in pulling outward.
