PURPOSE: Provided are an immune-modulating peptide or its derivative which changes leucocyte count or activates leucocyte. Therefore, it is useful for the treatment of diseases related caused by changes in leucocyte count or activity. CONSTITUTION: An immune-modulating peptide is selected from the group peptides having amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOs:1-24. It is used for treating diseases related to infection by bacteria, mycoplasma, yeast, fungi or virus by administration into a host in the therapeutically effective amount.
