PURPOSE: A device for cutting a candle is provided to uniformly and levelly cut the top surface of the candle having a deep groove caused by combustion for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting a candle is composed of an outer frame(10) having a cylindrical hole(11) into which the candle is inserted, and a cutting unit(20). The cutting unit is attached to the top surface of the outer frame, and cuts the top surface of the candle uniformly. A plurality of handles(12) are radially formed at the outer surface of the outer frame.
