PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling load of an electronic power meter for multi-load is provided to prevent the damage of the expensive equipment such as a transformer due to the overload by controlling the specific load or the power supply for the overall load. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a plurality of current sensors(1,1a,1b,1c), a digital signal processor(2), a central processor(3), a memory(4), a data communication unit(5) and a power supply(6). The main switch(72) is installed on the main power line(7) supplied thereto the power from outside for controlling the supply of the external power. A plurality of auxiliary switches(82,82a,82b,82c) is installed on each of the individual supply lines(8,8a,8b,8c) to supply the power in response to the respective load. And, the central processor(3) allows the main, switch(72) and the auxiliary switches(82,82a,82b,82c) to be operated and the command is transmitted to the central processor(3) through the communication port(56).
