NOVEL STRAIN BURKHOLDERIA MULTIVORANS DH4 PRODUCING LIPASE AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF LIPASE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a novel strain, Burkholderia multivorans DH4(KCCM 10398), producing lipase and a production method of lipase using the same, thereby maximizing the production of lipase. CONSTITUTION: Burkholderia multivorans DH4(KCCM 10398) produces lipase. A production method of lipase is characterized by culturing the Burkholderia multivorans DH4(KCCM 10398) in a medium containing oil or fatty acid as an inducing material. The medium further contains 2.0% of soluble starch, 1.0% of casamino acid, MgSO4.7H2O, and 0.5% of K2HPO4.
