KAPPA LIGHT CHAIN EXPRESSION VECTOR FOR DEVELOPING THERAPEUTIC ANTIBODY

PURPOSE: Provided is a kappa light chain expression vector for developing a therapeutic antibody and its manufacture vector. Also provided is a cloning method of variable genes by inserting kappa light chain variable gene of a specific antibody into the kappa light expression vector. CONSTITUTION: A kappa light chain invariable gene is characterized by containing the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4. A recombinant vector pHAB-KC includes the lambda light chain invariable gene containing the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1. A therapeutic antibody is expressed by inserting the kappa light chain variable gene into the recombinant vector pHAB-KC. A transformant, E. coli XL1-Blue/pHAB-KC(KCTC 10230BP) is obtained by transformation with the vector pHAB-KC.
