PURPOSE: A fingerprint-recognizing wallet is provided to recognize fingerprints of a user and if necessary, fingerprints of other acquaintances of the user and thus, to reduce a wallet theft rate. CONSTITUTION: The fingerprint-recognizing wallet has a fingerprint recognizer attached to the outside surface of the wallet. On the fingerprint recognizer is a lens and a fingerprint counter. Also, the fingerprint recognizer has a built-in speaker and battery. When a user puts a thumb of the right hand on the lens, his fingerprint is recognized. The fingerprint recognizer also recognizes fingerprints of other acquaintances of the user. Therefore, when a stranger whose fingerprint is apparently not input in the fingerprint recognizer touches the wallet, the ultra-thin speaker built in the fingerprint recognizer gives an alarm.
