The controller inputs the output data signal, applies a plurality of control signals generated the impedance code signals related to the output activation signals and the state of impedance to the drive circuit(3). The on-chip termination circuit(30) connected to a predetermined input buffer for driving at least one driver unit in response to the control signal.
