FIELD: chemical industry; manufacture of building materials; manufacture of solid and hollow glass balls for surface treatment of metals, various filters; manufacture of lightened materials and sphere-plastics. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has cylindrical chamber whose wall is made from bricks; inner surface of said chamber is provided with metal plates mounted at overlap. Mounted in brickwork of wall are metal sleeves in which air supply reservoirs are fitted for twisting the frame; exhaust hood is made in form of taper adapter mounted between air duct and upper portion of cylindrical chamber. Inner diameter of air duct is no more than half inner diameter of cylindrical chamber; longitudinal metal plates mounted between rings are secured by pairs in upper and lower portions of cylindrical chamber.
