FIELD: commercial explosive agents used for charging of watery boreholes at blasting operations in mining industry and construction. SUBSTANCE: the claimed powder explosive agent contains a grain pyroxylin powder, fractions of artillery ballistic powder, broken tubular powder and a hydrophobic additive in the form of polysiloxan liquid.
