FIELD: repair of road concrete coverings; filling of joints and cracks in asphalt-and- concrete coverings and cement-and-concrete covering of automobile roads. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes introduction of divinyl styrene thermoelastic elastomer into heated bitumen at mixing; bitumen is heated to temperature of 120-140 C; after introduction of divinyl sturene thermoelastic elastomer, mixing is continued for 3-5 h, after which rubber crumb is added and mixing is continued for an hour ; then, diabasic dust is introduced and mixing is continued for an hour; components of mastic are taken in the following relationship, mass-%: bitumen, 83.3-86.2; divinyl styrene thermoelastic elastomer, 2.6-4.2; rubber crumb, 2.6-4.2; diabasic dust, 8.3-8.6. EFFECT: facilitated procedure of preparation of bitumen mastic; improved physico- mechanical properties. 2 tbl
