FIELD: agriculture; coarse fodder treatment process. SUBSTANCE: invention includes cutting of initial material, impregnation of material with sodium chloride solution and subjecting it to action of electric current in cathode chamber of diaphragm electrolyzer at value of current equal to 3.0-5.0 A during 10-15 min to pH>10. Then solution is removed from cathode chamber into separate container and is settled for 40-50 min, filtered with subsequent neutralization by mineral acid, dried and additionally cut. Hydrochloric acid is used as mineral acid. EFFECT: increased food value of product and yield of readily available sugar owing to acceleration of process of hydrolysis of raw material, such as straw, oilseed meal or sunflower hull. 2 cl, 1 tbl |
