FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed fastener contains housing with central cylindrical hole and thickened shank with longitudinal slots and stem fitted in housing. Stem is made with thickened upper and lower parts. Diameter of lower thickened part is equal to diameter of central hole of housing. Diameter f upper thickened part exceeds diameter of central hole in housing. Lengths of middle part of steam located between thickened parts exceeds lengths of central hole of housing.
