FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: method resides in separating hydrocarbon feedstock into fractions, each of them being obtained in a separate vessel with its length superior to its diameter. Top section of each preceding vessel is connected to bottom section of each subsequent vessel by inlet and exit pipelines for hydrocarbon feedstock, which are mounted tangentially to vessels. Vessels are arranged in one horizontal plane. Cooling chambers are mounted in upper part of each vessel and cooling lines are passed along central axes of all vessels and connected over separate cooling valves to water and to air cooling systems. Each pipeline for intermediate hydrocarbon products of subsequent vessel is connected to each preceding vessel in its top section and intermediate hydrocarbon products are withdrawn from bottom sections of vessels through hydraulic locks and first valves for intermediate hydrocarbon products. Mixing of these products is performed in pipelines for complementary hydrocarbon products connected through second valves for intermediate hydrocarbon products to pipelines for complementary hydrocarbon products. EFFECT: enabled rapid achievement of required temperature conditions for all fractions of hydrocarbon feedstock, enhanced efficiency of fractionation, increased assortment of products, and simplified running of starting device. 4 dwg |
