FIELD: manufacture of abrasive wheels. SUBSTANCE: press-mold for pressing blanks of abrasive wheels with vulcanite binder includes yoke 1. Conicity angle of inner cone surface of yoke is more than friction angle on said surface. Press-mold includes slit type die (2) with outer cone surface, upper (5, 6, 7) and lower (11) punches and mechanism for holding die (2) in closed state in holder (12, 13). Press-mold is provided with cone mandrel (3) having attachment (4) put onto mandrel and made of elastic material. Attachment (4) is placed in cavity (8) of upper punch along its axis and it is joined with it by means of elastic member (10). EFFECT: elimination of cracking and spills occurred at knocking blank out off die. 2 dwg |
