FIELD: medicine, allergology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting sensitization to allergens in grown- ups and children. The present method deals with carrying out indirect method of fluorescent antibodies by applying diagnostic kits containing purified proteins of food, domestic, pollen, epidermal allergens, and labeled anti-IgE antibodies as monoclonal antibodies to human IgE labeled with a dyestuff fluorescein isothiocyanate, the complex obtained should be studied in luminescent microscope and at availability of specific fluorescent margin in erythrocytes one should detect sensitization to corresponding allergen. The present innovation enables to detect sensitization to wide range of allergens. EFFECT: increased specificity of reaction conducted. 6 ex |
