FIELD: textile industry, in particular, manufacture of conveyor belts with elastomer coat. ^ SUBSTANCE: woven carcass has two parallel woven structures of similar weaving with number of layers of at least two. Woven constructions are connected together by warp threads, which are alternatively transferred from upper layer into lower layer and vice verse, and by peripheral layers of weft threads of each of two woven constructions joined into single central layer. Each warp thread in central layer overlaps one weft thread, and in peripheral layer overlaps from two to (R01-2) weft threads, where R01 is warp repeat pattern of basic woven structure. Linear density ratio of warp and weft threads of woven carcass is within the range of from 1.0 to 4.0. ^ EFFECT: increased tear resistance and improved strength. ^ 2 cl, 14 dwg, 1 tbl |
