FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to equipment protecting banks and slopes from destruction by water currents, it can find use in road building, hydraulic engineering and ameliorative construction, in laying of main pipe-lines on slopes. Cover comes in the form of carpet of strips of reinforced elastomer material put up-edge, bent many times in opposite directions and joined in bending points by means of bands or clamps of elastomer material in staggered order with formation of links with two adjacent strips. In working position cover is pulled apart sideways to strips to form multiple combination of rhomb-like cells, in transportation position cover is assembled in long length package. EFFECT: protection of ground surface against wash-out by structure that can be easily adapted to ground surface and requires minimal mounting operations. 7 dwg
