SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out heparin inhalations at 5000 U dosage either once or twice daily due to ultrasound inhalations till increased time for blood clotting being 1.5-2 times higher against the initial level. The present innovation enables to increase body resistance to hypoxia, prevents development of pulmonary infarction due to prolonged impact upon coagulation capacity of blood.
