FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: device to reduce track vibration level of consists of rigid duct, lower elastic support member 2, side and end face elastic members 3. duct has walls 6 forming closed circuit, and bottom 4 with fixing frame 5 projecting inwards over perimeter. Lower elastic support member 2 made in form of rectangle is arranged inside fixing frame 5 and it contains different height vertical projections rectangular in plan arranged with clearance from edges and from each other. Side and end face elastic members 3 are L-shaped. Horizontal trapezoidal-section ribs 12 are located on inner side of L-shaped member, and trapezoidal projections are located on outer side of post. Larger bases of trapeziums thrust against upper edge 7 of duct wall. Flange 11 of L-shaped member gets onto upper face of abutment tie 15.
