FIELD: analytical chemistry, inverse volt-amperometric analysis of water, objects of environment, food products, biological objects, technological materials. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with invention selenium is detected by method of cathode, differential, pulse, inversion volt-amperometry. Electrochemical concentration of selenium in sample prepared for analysis is conducted in aqueous solutions of acids on mercury electrode with positive potential from +0.35 to +0.40 V relative to silver chloride electrode. Technical result of invention consists in growth of sensitivity of measurement of concentration of selenium by factor of 3 to 10 thanks to elimination of hampering effect of other ions of metals. EFFECT: increased measurement sensitivity of concentration of selenium. |
